THE TALK:

He was 8 years old, and had never left his house. He was cursed and was not teachable because of his condition. He was so poor, dirty and unimportant. A disgrace to the community. This is what people thought of him.

THE TRUE STORY:

Brevin has cerebral palsy and had never once received a single service since he was born and sat on the dirt floor of his house his whole life. As a result, he was unable to speak, had zero fine or gross motor skills, and no muscular strength. His legs were stiff from sitting on them for 8 years.
